Description:
Two American girls is stuck in a forest because of their broken car. They find a lonely mansion and then the onwner - Dr Hieter allows them stay overnight. The next day, they woke up and found themselves in a basement, trapped in a terrifying makeshift hospital with another guy kidnapped by the doctor. Dr Heiter told three people that he was a retired surgeon specialized in separation of conjoined twins together. However, his "the three patients" is connected in a disgusting surgery.
